Indoor Air Quality Assessments
Indoor Air Quality Assessments
An Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessment is an evaluation of the air quality within a building, including factors such as temperature, humidity, ventilation and the presence of pollutants or contaminants.

IAQ can have a significant impact on the health and comfort of building occupants. There are numerous factors that cause an impairment of IAQ, including poorly maintained ventilation systems, dust, mould, chemicals in building materials and furnishings and the level of air tightness of a building.
An IAQ assessment typically involves inspection, testing and monitoring to evaluate the quality of the air within the building. S2S Environmental has worked in various settings carrying out IAQ investigations.
