Energy Performance Audits

Energy Performance Audits

An Energy Performance Audit (EPA) is a process of evaluating a building's energy efficiency by identifying areas where energy is being wasted or inefficiently utilized and to recommend energy conservation measures (ECMs).

EPAs include examining the building's lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation, insulation, hot water and other systems to determine their efficiency and identify areas where improvements can be made.

S2S Environmental has developed our EPA product line in partnership with various financial institutions for insured financing through the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and their Mortgage Loan Insurance (MLI) Select program. S2S Environmental can provide assistance with determining potential ECMs for your properties, along with preparing all reporting and attestations required for applications to the MLI Select program.
